The popular website Fit Business Insider has announced the launch of Group Training University, a new product designed to help personal training business owners run profitable group training sessions.

Since its founding nearly a decade ago, Fit Business Insider has offered personal trainer marketing and sales tools to help grow their businesses. The company provides products, business services, free blog posts, and other content to help trainers achieve successful results.

Now, the company has released a product which seeks to help fitness professionals take advantage of the expanding market for group personal training services.

Growing in popularity over the past several years, group training has gone from niche market to a mainstream service. Clients are drawn to it because of lower prices, while personal training business owners employ group training to increase profits and work with more clients.

“Clients still get the personalized attention of a one on one training session,” says Fit Business Insider CEO Pat Rigsby. “However, they value group training for its affordability and the accountability that working in a group provides.”

At the same time, personal trainers are able to provide group services without feeling as though they are giving clients an inferior experience.

“With one on one training offering very little chance to build a robust clientele and new fads popping up all the time, group training seems to be the way of the future for fitness professionals,” reasons Nick Berry, the president and co-owner of Fit Business Insider.

Group Training University is being marketed as an educational resource for fitness professionals seeking advanced training in the methods of group training. As an educational resource, Group Training University derives much of its power from the “faculty” associated with the product.

“Group Training University features the insights of an incredibly talented roster of fitness business owners who have achieved the highest levels of success in this industry,” Rigsby continues.

Among the faculty members whose work and guidance can be found in the product are fitness business sales and development expert Ryan Ketchum, small group personal training gurus Steve Long and Jared Woolever, social media and online marketing expert Matt Sizemore, and Rigsby himself.

For the product, these experts have helped compile a series of modules belonging to one of two tracks. The two distinct tracks are “Group Personal Training Program Design” and “Group Personal Training Business Development and Management.”

“In addition to all of the content relating to how to train in a group setting and how to run a business around a model of group training, the product also includes a variety of bonus done for you fitness marketing materials,” Rigsby concludes.
