Join the Richmond Area Diversity Roundtable (RADR) as we celebrate Women’s History Month on March 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with our guest speaker, Christy Coleman.
Christy Coleman is the President of The American Civil War Center at Historic Tredegar. Prior to joining The American Civil War Center, Ms. Coleman led the nation’s largest African American museum: the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit, MI. She has also served as a consultant for the Smithsonian Institute, Monticello, Mount Vernon and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center among others.
Ms. Coleman began her career at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Raised in Williamsburg, Ms. Coleman received her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Hampton University.
This program is free and is open to the public, but will be of special interest to business and community leaders, human resource personnel and those pursuing diversity within their organizations.
