Our company aims for continual growth and market share gain in the corporate remote desktop software sector.

Usoris Systems announced today that it acquired Hidden Administrator, a program for remote support and remote administration, in an all-cash transaction. The transaction was concluded in February 2013.

Since its inception in 2005, Hidden Administrator has been a trusted remote desktop administration tool for IT staff and remote support engineers. The program was localized into six languages and utilized unique remote screen capture technology, as well as other technological advancements.

“Acquiring Hidden Administrator is yet another step forward for us. Our company aims for continual growth and market share gain in the corporate remote desktop software sector. This acquisition represents an opportunity for us to utilize pieces of a competing technology in our own Remote Utilities software,” said company representative.

About Remote Utilities

Remote Utilities is remote desktop software for system administrators and helpdesks. It is well known for its almost zero-latency screen capture algorithm, which is one of the fastest on the market. In addition, Remote Utilities includes a wide range of administration features such as remote registry editor, power control and inventory manager, and can be deployed across any size network in minutes. The program is a software-only solution and does not require expensive hardware components to work.
