Our mission as a company is to make it easy for recruiters to do contract staffing. We appreciate the Staffing Stream for providing us with a platform to do that on a wider scale.
CANTON, Ohio (PRWEB) February 27, 2013
In her role as President of Top Echelon® Contracting (TEC), Debbie Fledderjohann has served as a contract staffing industry trainer, speaker, and blogger while working a desk and speaking daily with recruiters. Fledderjohann is now expanding her audience of recruiters by contributing to the Staffing Stream, a popular staffing industry blog hosted by Staffing Industry Analysts.
The Staffing Stream was created this past year by Staffing Industry Analysts to give visibility to thought leaders in the staffing industry. As President of TEC, Fledderjohann has 20 years of experience in helping direct hire recruiters add contract staffing to their business models. She has been training recruiters on contract staffing at conferences across the United States since 1993, including presentations at NAPS and CSP. She writes press releases and maintains her company’s Recruiter’s Contract Staffing Blog. Since 2006, she has also written Top Echelon Contracting’s newsletter, Contracting Corner, which is mailed to over 12,000 recruiters.
Fledderjohann’s first article for Staffing Stream, “Obamacare: Good News and Bad News for Staffing Firms,” was recently published on the site. She will be contributing at least one article a month to the Staffing Stream on subjects of interest to recruiters, including hiring trends, contract staffing tips, news, and advice, and more.
“Our mission as a company is to make it easy for recruiters to do contract staffing,” Fledderjohann said. “We appreciate the Staffing Stream for providing us with a platform to do that on a wider scale.”
