In celebration of Nutrition Month this March, an awareness month from the Dietitians of Canada, the popular quarterly published online food and dining publication, Eat In Eat Out, is dedicating their entire spring issue to healthy eating.
“The Nutrition Month campaign is an important message to support,” says Eat In Eat Out magazine publisher and creative director Lori Kennedy. “Plan, shop, cook and enjoy, is the theme of the campaign and for the issue. We want to make it easy for people to cook nutritious family meals at home.”
The 106-page online publication is packed with a bevy of healthy family-friendly recipes like no-fuss brunch meal ideas, egg-oriented dishes, cauliflower soups and salad recipes, and three new exotic taste worthy recipes from all over the world, among other must-try drink and food concoctions.
Complementing their healthy cooking issue, readers will enjoy this month’s featured chefs and bloggers. Foodies will unite over the magazine’s 4-page spread on Canadian culinary influencer, Chef Ron Feenie, who dishes on his favorite family-friendly casual meals. In Ottawa, east coast editor Kelly Brisson experiences Chef Steve Wall and his newest raw venture, Supply and Demand.
Also in this issue, Kennedy sits down with bloggers Jenn Cuisine and Karen of Blackbird Bakery to chat about their sweet and savory blogs and talk about their gluten-free dining lifestyle. This issue will also include regular features such as Food Blogger Spotlight, and restaurant reviews.
