Professional Community Management of California, Inc. (PCM) today announced the hiring of Elise Trent as the company’s Human Resources Manager as well as several worthy promotions:

Elise Trent brings to the company more than two decades of experience managing employee relations, performance management, training and staff development. As Human Resources Manager, Elise will oversee PCM’s staff training and employee development opportunities.
Debbie Roberts has spent nearly 30 years with PCM, most recently in her role as Vice President. As Senior Vice President, Debbie will serve as the company’s financial steward while making significant contributions as a member of the senior management team.
Formerly a community manager with PCM, Joely Mazzotti’s new role as Director of Community Development will leverage her extensive relationships within the homebuilding industry. In this newly created position, Joely will work closely with developer clients on projects currently managed by PCM while identifying prospective new communities coming on line.
Director of Community Management for the past five years, Rick Zarski has been promoted to Senior Director of Community Management. In this role, Zarski will working closely with PCM’s senior management team to provide additional leadership support in the growing Orange County market.
