As operations continue to grow, HR Strategies recently brought on board two additional Sr. Human Resource Consultants, and a new Vice President of Finance.

Susan Clotfelter, joined the HR Strategies team as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant, bringing with her extensive Human Resource experience in a variety of positions within the corporate world, and as an independent HR consultant. Susan holds a BS in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources from Auburn University, along with an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery, and her SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Michelle Alfreds, has also joined the HR Strategies team as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant, with vast knowledge of Human Resources and the PEO/HRO industry; having worked with Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Regulatory Compliance, and even strategic planning. Additionally, Michelle has worked as a Corporate Manager of HR, in the manufacturing industry and is experienced in labor relations in regards to unions. Michelle graduated from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama; majoring in Management of Human Resources.

Furthermore, as a result of growth, HR Strategies has split the Finance role into two distinctive functions: Corporate Finance and Tax and Accounting. Nancy Bryant, will continue her role with HR Strategies as Vice President of Tax Operations and Accounting; while Brandy Barden has joined HR Strategies as Vice President of Finance, managing all aspects of internal business accounting and finance. Brandy has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. Brandy brings a very strong background, having worked in public accounting for over nine years.
