Autotask and Anchor today announced an integration partnership that combines the powerful services-automation capabilities of Autotask with Anchor's sync, sharing and collaboration platform to give partners unprecedented ability to monetize and manage cloud storage for their customers. The partnership will help partners gain insight into the cloud storage environment provided by Anchor, including usage statistics, system activity and alerts.

The integration will allow any activity within Anchor, which offers a Dropbox-like sync service, to be pushed to Autotask. Companies within Anchor can be mapped to Accounts within Autotask so that tickets are pushed to their appropriate owners. Additionally, ticket due dates, priorities, queues, statuses, and sources can be configured within Anchor.

Integration with solutions like Autotask has helped Anchor capture the interest of partners looking to adopt cloud storage service offerings. "Applications like ours can't live inside of silos.
