Avectra, a leading web-based Social CRM developer of web-based member and donor-based software for associations and not-for-profits, today announced its ninth annual user conference, the Avectra Users and Developers Conference(AUDC13), is expected to set attendance records when 650 attendees converge on Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida on March 3-5, 2013. This marks the ninth straight year in which Avectra has seen an increase in attendance for AUDC.

The goal of this year’s 9th annual AUDC is to assist Avectra customers in deriving maximum benefit from the Avectra Social CRM suite and the partner community, as well as to promote forward thinking and best practices in the evolving usage of technology to achieve organization objectives.
AUDC 2013 will offer over 78 different sessions, including 26 educational sessions that feature CAE credit. In addition to discussing the latest updates and roadmap for their product suite, Avectra will introduce enhanced automation with their proprietary A-Score™ functionality, offering new analytical and reporting tools, and deeper fundraising and moves management features. Also launching at AUDC will be IdeaStarter™, an innovative platform to empower individuals with an organization’s community to solicit funds and recruit resources and volunteers on behalf of any organization.

AUDC will feature keynote sessions from Mary Byers, CAE, author of seven books including Road to Relevance: 5 Strategies for Competitive Associations and Jamie Notter, co -author with Maddie Grant of Humanize: How People Centric Organizations Succeed in a Social World. Byers will deliver the keynote speech titled “Road to Relevance” on March 4 at 8:30 a.m. discussing the increasingly competitive environment facing associations and will provide practical advice and thoughtful guidance on how organizations can become more proactive and future-focused. Notter will deliver the second keynote speech on March 5 at 8:30 a.m. titled “What Social Business Means for Leadership” and will discuss how smart companies are integrating social technologies into their management processes and corporate culture so that employees can practice better collaboration, faster learning, increased transparency and more ownership behavior.
Following the keynote, Byers and Notter will each present an hour-long educational session open to all AUDC attendees. Byers will present “Breaking Through the Ceiling of Complexity: What to Do When You Don’t Know What Else to Do” on Monday, March 4 at 9:45 a.m. and Notter will present with Humanize co-author Grant, “Lead Your Way to a Social Organization” on Tuesday, March 5 at 9:45 a.m.
