The library is not just for checking out books anymore! In celebration of Black History Month, the Friends of Angeles Mesa Library will sponsor a performance and lecture by Jacques Lesure, Thursday, February 28th from 5:30pm-7:30pm. If you have ever wondered how and why music is the thread that weaves generation after generation together, don’t miss this one night only presentation. It will be both entertaining and informative. Historic Angeles Mesa Library is located at 2700 West 52nd Street in Los Angeles. They have many other programs for teens, adults, and children. Support these programs and keep our Los Angeles Public Libraries alive and strong.
