In the past, hundreds of Sunny Isles Beach residents have used this service to renew their driver licenses and photo ID cards without needing an advance appointment or needing to travel to the DMV office. MiniFlow is designed to provide convenient mobile service to high profile locations where a concentrated number of customers are located. During each session, two compact updated portable stations are set up as a complete driver license renewal office in the first floor meeting room at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue.
Remember to pay attention to specific document requirements before coming to renew. Since this is a mobile service, they are very particular about the submitted forms of proof for identification, social security number and residential address. Original documents, not copies, and two (2) proofs of residency are required for all services. There are no driving tests offered with this service. Fees vary according to the service needed. Plan ahead to renew! In 2013, MiniFlow is scheduled on the following Fridays from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm: May 3, June 7, July 12, August 2, September 13, October 4, November 1, December 6. The MiniFlow will be set up in the SIB Government Center in the First Floor Meeting Room, 18070 Collins Avenue.
