eTERA’s national recognition and global reach were key factors in deciding to partner with them.

eTERA Consulting, nominated by the National Law Journal for two consecutive years as the nation’s top end-to-end eDiscovery provider and litigation consulting firm who specializes in helping Fortune 1000 companies and the Am Law 100 overcome the costs and budget challenges of managing large volumes of data and electronic discovery, today announced that Gemean Corporation has joined its highly successful Partner Program. The eTERA Consulting Partner Program provides many ways for business partners to differentiate their companies and drive growth and profitability by being able to offer clients a full range of consulting, forensics, electronic discovery and data management services.

“The partnership we have created with eTERA Consulting allows us to provide our clients with highly experienced eDiscovery and litigation management subject matter experts and a wide range of reporting and technology capabilities,” said George Georgiades, president of Gemean. “We have made a strategic business decision to partner with eTERA Consulting because of the highly secure data center that will protect my client’s information and data and the excellent reputation in the legal industry for eTERA’s approach to project management and client delivery. eTERA’s national recognition and global reach were key factors in deciding to partner with them.”

“We are very excited to add Gemean to the Partner Program,” said Mike Chagnon, eTERA’s Director of Channel Engagements. “Gemean has extensive experience providing litigation support solutions that will be very beneficial to eTERA’s project engagements with clients in key geographic areas including international markets. eTERA will be able to compliment our capabilities given Gemean’s service offerings in computer forensics and data mining and analytics.”

Under the eTERA Consulting Partner Program, there are two different business models available. Referral partners are paid a fixed percentage of the engagement while reseller partners are provided wholesale pricing and determine their own selling price to clients. The eTERA Consulting Partner Program provides sales training, co-branded collateral and marketing programs, sales meeting support, business leads, incentive programs and competitive information to those companies who join the program.
