Florida Organic Aquaculture (FOA) is pleased to announce that Jeannette Salcedo and Michael Gowen have joined our team and will be spearheading the ongoing Marketing and Business Development efforts of both FOA and the Mirzam family of companies.

Mrs. Salcedo was born in Bogotá, Colombia, has been living in the United States since 1980 and is married with two children, both of whom are currently attending college. She studied languages in Casablanca, Morocco, as well as Personnel Management at UCLA. Jeannette has specialized as a paralegal at various law firms and will be bringing her 15 years of legal industry experience to bear in helping FOA navigate the challenging EB5 environment.

Mr. Gowen is a native of South Florida, is married and has a 21-year-old daughter who is a junior music education major at the University of Georgia. With a marketing, technical and graphic design career spanning 25 years and encompassing a variety of industries and business climates – including owning a successful graphic design company – Mike brings a wealth of real-world experience to the table as well as a unique perspective on the needs and desires of entrepreneurial-minded investors.
