Photographer Freddy Hernandez, a resident of Palm Beach County, has filed a lawsuit against Motley Crue band member, Tommy Lee. Attorney Robert Dixon of the Law Offices of Robert Dixon is representing the Plaintiff, Freddy Hernandez.

The lawsuit alleges that on July 7, 2012, Tommy Lee was at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Florida. Freddy Hernandez was also a visitor at the same beach, taking pictures of Mr. Lee. The lawsuit alleges that Tommy Lee touched and/or struck Freddy Hernandez without his permission, by hitting his camera, while Mr. Hernandez was holding said camera - as a result, Mr. Hernandez suffered injuries.
