The lawsuit alleges that on July 7, 2012, Tommy Lee was at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Florida. Freddy Hernandez was also a visitor at the same beach, taking pictures of Mr. Lee. The lawsuit alleges that Tommy Lee touched and/or struck Freddy Hernandez without his permission, by hitting his camera, while Mr. Hernandez was holding said camera - as a result, Mr. Hernandez suffered injuries.
