Collin County, TX (PRWEB) March 06, 2013
Event Chair, Cindy Sutley, of Plano, TX, estimates the CACCC Annual Gala will raise over $600,000 to support the fight against child abuse. Gala 2013, themed Imagine, will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas on April 13, 2013 and spotlight a performance by Grammy Award winning rock band, Foreigner.
“Although this Gala is promising to be yet another fabulous and memorable event, it’s all about the children we serve,” says Sutley. “We continue to raise the bar each year with our entertainment, exciting live and silent auction, hundreds of premium wines to bid on and the raffle of a brand new 2013 Lexus. This is the must attend event of the year, and we’re hoping to surpass 1,000 attendees,” adds Sutley.
The CACCC Vice President of Development, Melanie Carroll, says, “With an increase in the demand in our services and budget cuts by some long time supporters, the success of Gala 2013 is absolutely critical to the Center’s ability to offer services at no cost to children victimized by abuse. We’re hoping to surpass 1,000 attendees this year.”
The CACCC is thrilled to welcome the return of several faithful supporters including: JCPenney, Rent-A-Center, and Dallas / Ft. Worth Lexus Dealers.
