iQ Media, the media intelligence platform technology leader, today announced the general availability of version 3.0 of its flagship product, the cliQ media intelligence platform.
“Version 3.0 is a major release because it integrates new types of media into our Optimized Media Cloud, making it the only truly integrated and cloud-based source of media intelligence in the United States,” said John Derham, iQ Media CEO. “With cliQ 3.0, enterprises that need to monitor and understand media trends relating to their brands can now do federated searches in one pass across a very diverse collection of media content. Alternative solutions require users to bounce from one tool to another and do not integrate diverse media, including broadcast TV, at the data level.”
cliQ 3.0 raises the bar for products that monitor and report on media coverage. In contrast to solutions that simply monitor “mentions” on a go-forward basis, it enables users to look back into the past as well as to monitor current coverage. Because its Optimized Media Cloud is constantly accumulating media instead of deleting it, cliQ can provide deeper analytics of long-range media trends.
cliQ 3.0 also provides Active Trend Graphs as an automatic feature of every search. Along with the results, a graph is drawn showing the volume of mentions over time, with accuracy down to the individual hour. Users can segment the graph to drill down on a specific time period to learn more, and cliQ automatically resets the search results to reflect the desired time segment.
“Enterprises are continually looking for better impact measurement and more insightful competitive analysis,” said Derham. “cliQ 3.0 greatly expands the available media sources for our customers, but does so in a unique way that gives them access to media intelligence they just can’t get anywhere else.”
cliQ 3.0 is now generally available. A SaaS solution delivered over the Cloud, it can be immediately activated for customers with the appropriate license.
