The Annual Survey of Originator Opinion has become a key indicator for mortgage lenders on what they need to focus on to attract, hire and retain talent with transferable books of business.

Hammerhouse annual comprehensive survey covers six key business components within the mortgage origination industry: Leadership, Culture, Business, Operations, Technology and Geography. All mortgage loan originators (bank, mortgage bank, correspondent or broker) are invited to complete the survey. Answers are confidential and will only appear in an aggregate analysis. Results of the survey are used to educate lenders on the perceptions of loan officers and to advocate for improvements that will benefit loan officers, leaders, lenders and consumers.
As a thank you for participation, Hammerhouse is raffling off a new 16GB IPad. Entries must be made at the time the survey is taken and no later than April 8, 2013. We will be drawing, announcing and posting the raffle winner on our website April 15, 2013.
