There has always been high demand but custom tanks come with a price tag that's hard to justify. With these new products, we make the ZeroEdge style affordable to private citizens without sacrificing quality.
Elburn, IL (PRWEB) March 07, 2013
ZeroEdge® Aquariums and Water Features (http://zeroedgeaquarium.com) announced the grand opening of their e-commerce store today, marking the first time a full line up of their desktop and standard aquariums have become available for direct purchase by the public.
For years, Zero Edge has exclusively offered their patented overflowing tanks as a custom product to high-profile customers such as the Miami Museum of Science in Miami, FL and The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Kona-Kohala Coast of Hawai’i. With today’s launch, Zero Edge has released a wide variety of aquariums, water features and filtration systems, all available online.
As to why ZeroEdge owner Brett Perry has chosen now to launch the online store.
“There has always been a strong demand for our tanks but the high-end products come with a price tag that only a business or a university could justify. With these new products, we make the ZeroEdge style affordable to private citizens without sacrificing quality.”
Brett Perry, Developer of the ZeroEdge rimless tank technology
ZeroEdge chose 6 product lines for the initial launch to accommodate the demands of the most vocal ZeroEdge supporters. The new lines include the classic Zero Edge aquariums that made the brand famous, but have also launched the new Filtration, Desktop, Educational, and Standard lines. Owner Brett Perry also indicated plans for other new products soon to come, including a light bracket called The Light Tree and Modern Series cabinets for standard aquariums.
Zero Edge Aquariums and Water Features is a privately held manufacturing company founded in the early part of this century. In 2008, they were the recipient of the Editor's Choice Award from Pet Product News. ZeroEdge is based in Elburn, IL, just outside Chicago.
