Terminix, the nation’s largest pest control provider, today announced the opening of a new customer care center at 5701 East Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa, Fla. The 25,000 square foot facility will employ a total of 200 agents handling inbound customer calls. This new customer care center will be overseen by Patti Wilson, customer care manager.
“This new Tampa facility reinforces our commitment to enhancing the Terminix customer experience and providing one-call resolution to any customer questions or concerns,” said Chuck Fallon, president of Terminix. “Terminix already earns best-in-class service ratings from customers, and this new center will take that service to an even higher level.”
The customer care center will gradually ramp-up; starting with approximately 35 agents this week and adding more as hiring and training classes are completed. The Terminix customer care facility is located in Netpark, the largest office building and technology center in Tampa, where ServiceMaster brand TruGreen opened a call center in January 2012, which currently staffs approximately 170 agents.
