Susan Spring delivers professional management experience to company’s Work Order Network

Corrigo Incorporated, a leading facility management software provider for organizations with multiple facilities, has announced the newest addition to its team.

Susan Spring will draw from her years of experience in restaurant and customer service facilities management to provide valuable industry insight and help ensure Corrigo’s clients are getting the most out of the company’s services. She will focus especially on the company’s Work Order Network, which allows organizations to control their operations much more effectively than ever before. Starting immediately, Spring will begin her role as Director of Sales Support for Corrigo.

Spring has more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, including leadership positions at the national level. She previously served with Brinker International, where she coordinated all facilities support for 1,100 restaurants nationwide. During this time, she streamlined processes, improved vendor management and developed analytics for the company’s 824 Chili’s locations, saving Brinker International about $1.8 million in operations costs.

At Corrigo, Spring will work with the company’s various customers to identify potential cost savings and guest experience improvements. She will also help organizations develop comprehensive reporting systems that inform critical business decisions, making sure no aspect—whether it’s financial, service-oriented or guest facing—gets lost in the details.
