Vital and his team tried the case for Horizon Health Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of firm client Universal Health Services, against Acadia Healthcare Company and other defendants on claims of breach of non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and fraud.
