Challenges for overseas companies doing business in the UK begin from selection of UK entity: a branch of overseas parent company, or a UK limited company.
London (PRWEB UK) 6 March 2013
This video looks at the challenges an overseas company typically encounters when doing business in the UK, ranging from formation of the company; traditionally a branch of the overseas parent company, or a UK limited company through to VAT registration and an RTI Payroll for the company doing business here. There may also be other areas to consider such as CIS for the construction industry or EC sales list reporting to HRMC.
In terms of on-going assistance for the UK entity, the video looks at the support services they will typically need from a practical and operational level when doing business in the UK. This could include services such as monthly payroll, quarterly VAT returns, monthly management accounts along with the year end associated tax work for the UK business while reporting to the parent company in it's home territory.
