Instagram competitor adds Status Updates and web client to fast-growing photo platform that seamlessly shares with Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr.

It's your life, share it your way with Lifeclip

There's really no way around the excitement that one million uploads reinforces; yes, the world did need a better place to share.

Lifeclip is pleased to announce that it now received more than one million images from its fast-growing user community.

Now available for iOS devices and on the web, Lifeclip combines the ease of a traditional photo network with advanced privacy protections that help keep our community family-friendly in all public areas. Profiles can be completely private, public accounts can have private and public images mixed and soon it will release even more controls to keep unwanted comments away.

"Lifeclip is not a photo network, it's a community. We deeply care about providing people with a safe place to meet and exchange while also providing unfiltered private areas where adults can post even the most personal thoughts or images," said Richard Keith Latman, Chief Executive Officer of Lifeclip "Over the course of the next few weeks we'll add even more fun to the mix with short video, multi-player gaming and our first release on Android. There's really no way around the excitement that one million uploads reinforces; yes, the world did need a better place to share."

We expect our first public Android release later this month and will support Windows Phone, Blackberry 10 and a dedicated Windows 8 "Metro" within the second quarter of 2013.
