The improved navigation along with the medals system will allow our users to more quickly and intuitively identify the restaurants they want to visit.

TVFoodMaps.com, the Internet's largest collection of restaurants seen on television programs such as Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, has launched a new version of their website http://www.TVFoodMaps.com. The new version is a total redesign of the popular website that was created in 2010. The new design will provide users of TVFoodMaps a better experience when browsing through the over 3000 restaurants featured on 30 shows featured on the website.

The new design will provide an overall better experience for users by making finding restaurants simpler through new sortable grids and larger maps that feature more content about each restaurant. In addition, TVFoodMaps will now rank restaurants by their popularity using a medals system. Gold, silver and bronze medals are awarded to the most popular restaurants on the site.

"As it the site's audience and the number shows and restaurants continued to grow it became clear that a new design for the site was needed" said Michael Apap, co-founder of the site. "The improved navigation along with the medals system will allow our users to more quickly and intuitively identify the restaurants they want to visit."

The site started featuring just a few popular TV shows such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Man v. Food. Today the site features over 3000 restaurants featured on 30 shows.
