Gibson insurance is proud to announce it’s the 7th Annual Human Capital Summit on March 14, 2013 on topic of Health Care Reform. The event brings together industry leaders to share insights into the challenges that affect employers.

Speaking about the announcement, Gibson President & CEO Tim Leman pointed to the importance of understanding the upcoming Health Care Reform changes, “This year, nothing is affecting employers more than Health Care Reform planning and strategy. At the summit, we will deep dive into the nuances of health care reform and the variables necessary to make educated decisions.”

“These changes,” Leman continued, “will affect every employer and every employee in some way. It’s important that everyone has the most up to date and accurate information. People need to understand the exchanges and identify their organizations responsibilities and requirements. Every business will need to have a health insurance strategy in place for 2014. That planning process should start as soon as possible."

The event is part of an ongoing Gibson campaign designed to provide the most accurate and comprehensive Health Care Reform information available. Leman summed up the plan; “We’re working to produce comprehensive information on every facet of Health Care Reform that will allow businesses to prepare for what’s to come. The summit’s attendees will get the benefit of our expertise”

The Human Capital Summit, to be held at Hilton Garden Inn, Gillespie Conference Center in South Bend, Indiana, will include a workshop and presentations on Health Care Reform.
