Temporary and permanent modular building provider ModSpace is growing its nationwide branch network with a new office in Wilkes-Barre, allowing it to better serve its customers in Northeast Pennsylvania.

ModSpace, North America’s largest US-owned provider of temporary and permanent buildings, is expanding its operations in Pennsylvania with the addition of a Wilkes-Barre branch office. The new location will allow ModSpace to better serve customers throughout Northeast PA with its large fleet of mobile offices and portable storage units as well as faster permanent modular construction.

The office will be staffed by a combination of locally hired personnel and existing employees from ModSpace’s corporate and branch offices in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Wilkes-Barre locals Mike Hoover and Jon Penman will manage day-to-day sales and operations.
