Toll Golf, the golf and country club operating division of Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL), announced today the purchase of Snowmass Club, a private country club in Snowmass Village, CO, previously owned by Aspen Skiing Company.

Located 8,000 feet above sea level amid landmark mountain peaks and a short drive from Aspen, Snowmass Club is surrounded by natural beauty and spectacular amenities. The centerpiece of the Club and gateway to the village is the award-winning Jim Engh golf course featuring dramatic bunkers, elevated tees and stunning views of Mount Daly and the Snowmass Mountain ski trails. The course plays to a length of 7,008 yards from the black tees and has a par of 72.
