HR.com (http://www.hr.com), the largest social network and online community for over 220,000 senior HR executives, re-launched its website focusing on four main objectives. In addition, it will enable HR professionals to show their expertise and obtain certification and re-certification credits for HRCI, IHR, WorldatWork and other third party suppliers all in one location.

The four objectives are:
a.    To offer exams and testing for 23 HR Expert Certification programs which will be available immediately and on demand for individuals who have completed the education criteria
b.    To launch 19 new Certificate Programs as a stepping stone to the Expert Certification program. Each requires less hours of education than the expert program. To view a list of the 19 verticals offered in the Certificate Program, visit us online at http://www.hr.com/en/certifications/programs_offered/
c.    To provide members with unlimited access to over 150 HRCI eLearning re-certification credits for PHR, SPHR and GPHR re-certification, with a newly introduced certification preparation and premium membership http://www.hr.com/en/memberships/
d.    To showcase the new site redesign, which includes the "My Certification" profile page and allows members to track all their webcasts and eLearning credits earned towards the IHR, HRCI and WorldatWork certification/re-certification programs

Upgraded members can obtain all 60 HRCI re-certification credits with the "Certification Preparation Membership", the cost of which compares to one course with most other providers.

"With trends and practices in HR evolving on a regular basis, it has become more important for today's top HR professionals to continue to educate themselves on the latest practices. Our members have expressed interest in a condensed Certificate program that would showcase their expertise."
Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com

HR.com has been working closely with HRCI to find ways to help its members in the process of their PHR, SPHR and GPHR re-certification by creating a full library of eLearning and Webcast credits.
