QBE's New Chandler Operations Center Up and Running

QBE has moved in to its new operations center in Chandler, Ariz.

QBE signed an 11-year lease on the building, located at 2700 Frye Road, which is owned and developed by Regent Properties. The three-story, 183,000-square-foot facility is home to call centers, underwriting and other operations, and 750 employees. The location can accommodate more than 1,000 employees.

The operations center is the second largest of QBE’s 140 U.S. locations. It features teleconferencing capability, training rooms, an on-site cafeteria, a fitness facility and 800 covered parking spaces.

“The Chandler area has a very talented and experienced workforce,” said QBE VP Insurance Services, DaleAnn States. “We hope our new facility will help us remain an employer of choice for the community.”
