Marks third successful collaboration between Impact Products, SciMark Corp. and their partners in many years

SciMark Corp. and Impact Products Ltd. announced today that another one of their collaborations – the Wraptastic(TM) food wrap dispenser – has broken into the top 10 on the Jordan Whitney Greensheet, an independent ranking of infomercial hits.

Wraptastic(TM) is a dispenser for plastic wrap, aluminum foil or wax paper. Its innovative design allows it to hold and dispense any of those three food wraps. A concealed blade then safely and easily cuts the wrap with just a tap on the lid. The device also features non-slip rubber feet that grip kitchen surfaces so the dispenser can be used with just one hand.

“It is extremely rewarding to see this project come to fruition,” said Bill Quarless, president of Impact Products. “It took more than a year for us to develop this product, and I am grateful to everyone who helped bring it to market.”

The commercial for Wraptastic(TM) was created by Hutton-Miller of Boca Raton, Fla. and features Marc Gill, the infomercial industry’s top pitchman.

“This is a story of persistence, vision and a great team coming together to create success,” said Jordan Pine, president of SciMark Corp. “Our first launch failed. But we persisted, inspired by the vision and passion everyone had for the item, including Marc and the Hutton-Miller team. The end result is we turned an early loser into a major winner.”

Wraptastic(TM) is the third successful collaboration between Impact, SciMark and their partners in as many years. The others were the myZone(TM) wireless TV headphones and the EZ Eyes(TM) large print keyboard.
