In this newly-created role, Musgrave will be responsible for the vision and strategy of Tracker’s IMS product, strengthening the product’s position as a strategic asset and service differentiator for the nation’s top immigration law firms.
Musgrave brings over 25 years of strategic planning experience for both customer-facing applications and cross-company processes that serve customers. He has worked extensively with immigration professionals at both law firms and large corporations to engineer innovative solutions for some of their biggest challenges. Musgrave comes to Tracker from Fragomen LLP, one of the world’s largest immigration law firms, where he directed the firm’s business application initiatives and implementations for nearly 13 years. At Fragomen, Mark optimized many areas of the immigration case process, significantly improving both efficiencies for legal staff and client retention rates for the firm.
