Kenneth Steiness, Managing Partner and VP of Delivery for Sensei Project Solutions will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Microsoft Project 2013 – the latest release of the leading Project and Portfolio Management solution on the market today. “Project 2013 enables customers to define and select project portfolios that align with your business strategy by prioritizing competing requests, running optimization scenarios under varying budgetary constraints, and maximizing resource utilization to manage capacity. All of this can be done while providing the core project scheduling and collaboration capability for successful project execution,” said Kenneth. Some of the new features in Microsoft Project 2013 and Project Server 2013 include: Visual tiles; OneNote integration; SharePoint Newsfeed Hub; tasks on mobile devices; out-of-the-box reporting; Timeline in PWA and more.

In addition to a preview of Microsoft Project 2013, Kenneth will also be demonstrating Sensei Project Solutions approach to “Proactive Scheduling”. We will be show-casing Microsoft Project 2010 for customers using 2010 to gain more value of what they already have. “This is an added benefit for the participants to take away some value on how to better manage their Project” said Jennifer Farrell, VP of Client Services.
