The National Council for Hypnotherapy is pleased to announce the appointment of Continuing Professional Development Director, Graham Russell. Mr Russell was co-opted onto the NCH board back in September and has since been managing the development of NCH members.
Joining from Lloyds TSB as a computer analyst and technical specialist, Mr Russell has vast experience in change, problem and project management as well as negotiation and conflict resolution thanks to a role as trade union representative. Mr Russell is now a fully trained hypnotherapist and runs a busy clinic in Croydon, London.
Since joining the NCH Mr Russell has managed the administrative side of the role including the continuing professional development page and dealing with requests from both schools and members. Alongside this Mr Russell has been reviewing current policies and gauging pools to fully understand exactly what NCH members require. A current pilot program has also been added offering subsidised one day workshops at NCH schools for members and the deeper exploration of ways to get more regional availability for members.
