This solution is the next generation of its original solution launched in June, 2011. The increase in the dollar value of incentives in the Patient Protection and Affordance Care Act (PPACA) and the recent PPACA regulations from 20 to 30 (and in some cases 50) percent of premium has opened the door to increased need for multiple outcomes-based strategies delivered in accordance with those laws. In this latest version, IncentOne enables the alignment of incentives to a wide variety of outcomes measures such as Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol levels, Glucose, and Hba1c.
IncentOne's Biometrics have produced impressive results. One employer group of 9,500 lives achieved:
- 40% achieved a BMI <30 for a $100 incentive
- 57% achieved a Blood Pressure of <140/90 mmHg for a $200 incentive
- 46% achieved a LDL Cholesterol level of <130 mg/dL for a $200 incentive

According to the , "2012 Towers Watson Health Care Changes Ahead," survey, the use of incentives tied to biometric outcomes (e.g., achievement of target BMI, cholesterol level) is expected to skyrocket in the next two years. Currently, 13 percent of employers use such incentives, but 9 percent plan to add them in 2013, and another 52 percent are considering them for 2014 or 2015. In addition, the November 2012 regulations released attempt to provide additional clarity for the use of outcomes-based programs.
