We have an exciting day planned for Friday and it should be fun for everyone involved! We are looking forward to playing a part in raising money for such a worthy cause.

On Friday 15th March staff from Haag-Streit UK (HS-UK) will be celebrating Red Nose Day 2013 by participating in fun activities to raise buckets of cash for Comic Relief 2013.

Staff will be involved in a variety of red-nose related activities including a themed quiz, cake sale, treasure hunt and a guess-the-baby-picture competition.

The ‘Red-Nose Quiz’ will be taking place at HS-UK headquarters in Harlow, and Senior Managers, Sharon Mills and Kennedy Reed will be taking on the Quiz Master role for the morning.

There will also be an opportunity to dress up or down for the day and pay for the privilege. Some staff even plan to come into the office in their PJs or ‘onesies.’

Kennedy Reed, HS-UK Human Resources Manager, said, “The HS-UK team have really embraced the Red Nose theme. I have received some very interesting and embarrassing baby photos and think it will be very amusing to watch staff guess which of their colleagues is in each photo!”

Sharon Mills, HS-UK Marketing Manager, said, “We have an exciting day planned for Friday and it should be fun for everyone involved! We are looking forward to playing a part in raising money for such a worthy cause.”

The money raised will help people living unimaginably tough lives across the UK and Africa. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Comic Relief, which was launched in 1985. To date, the charity has raised in excess of £600 million and HS-UK are very excited to play their part in helping change the lives of poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged people across the UK and Africa.
