Quality Tells In ‘Step Three,’ The Latest Instalment Of The FIT Show Sales Professional Of The Year Judging Process

Ed Burgess of Countryside Home Improvements has improved his chances of winning the £10,000 cash prize split between himself and his employer in The FIT Show Sales Professional of the Year after scoring the highest marks in the third stage of the competition.

Step three of the competition, which is sponsored by Europe's No.1 consumer and business quotation service Quotatis, deals with the process of ‘matching quality to needs’ where the three finalists have to demonstrate and effectively communicate the quality of their product range, whilst matching it to the precise requirements of our specially-trained buying couple.

The trio utilised window samples and their own individual expertise to try and attract the highest marks possible from our Manchester-based homeowners with scores of seven and above achieved across the board.

Ed scored a highly impressive nine out of ten to climb to second position on the leader board and close the gap on the front-runner to just three points, Adrian Phillips of Nolan UPVC.

However, a late surge from Nick Trigg from Mid Wales Windows cannot be ruled out as he finds himself just five points off the lead with two stages still to go and plenty of points up for grabs.

The fourth stage of the competition is likely to have a strong bearing on who gets to share the £10,000 with their employer as the salesmen reach the point where they have to deliver a quote.
