It’s the first time in a long time I’ve come to celebrate the expansion of a business.

Mayor Philippa Klessig of Westlake Village, Adam Haverstock, Field Representative of the 44th Assembly District, TabletMan along with 30 VIP guests, and 55 employees attended Accessory Power’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, March 8th 2013. The celebration was to commemorate the opening of Accessory Power's 6th and 7thwarehouses in the United States and its 8th in Europe.

“It’s the first time in a long time I’ve come to celebrate the expansion of a business,” said Adam Haverstock, Field Representative of the 44th Assembly District, who presented the company with a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Assembly.

Mayor Philippa Klessig led the event and presented the company with a Commendation from the City Council. “Let me hope that with this ribbon cutting ceremony Accessory Power’s great products and people have continued prosperity in the coming year.”

During a time when many businesses are facing economic hardship, Accessory Power has been able to not only stay afloat, but ahead of the game. The company has been doubling its sales each year with 2013 looking to prove the same. The expansion of its warehouse space is synonymous with Accessory Power’s larger footprint in the community.

“Successful businesses are actively involved in their communities,” said Dan Erickson, Accessory Power Business Development, during his speech at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Accessory Power has been in partnerships with non-profit organizations where a portion of proceeds from net sales are donated to each group. In addition, Accessory Power commits itself to community outreach programs by hosting lectures at local universities and providing internships to those students.

“None of our success has anything to do with luck or good fortune. It has everything to do with hard work, spirit, creativity, dedication, passion; all of these things,” said Robert Breines, President of Bright Ideas, Inc.

The company will continue its commitment to service and value as it further expands. For further information on Accessory Power, visit http://www.accessorypower.com.
