Media can register for the SAE 2013 World Congress & Exhibition, which will be held April 16-18 at Cobo Center in Detroit, Mich.

Chrysler will serve as Host Company for the SAE 2013 World Congress and ZF will serve as Tier One Strategic Supplier for the event. Theme for the SAE 2013 World Congress will be “Achieving Efficiency.”

Featured speakers will include:

•     Sergio Marchionne, Chairman and CEO of Chrysler Group LLC, will deliver the keynote address during the SAE World Congress Annual Banquet on Thursday, April 18, in Cobo’s Riverview Ballroom.
•     Mary D. Nichols, Chairman, California Air Resources Board, will be the Opening Keynote Speaker on Tuesday, April 16 from at 8:30 a.m. in the AVL Technology Leadership Center.
•     George T. Whitesides, CEO and President, Virgin Galactic, will provide the Opening Keynote Address on Wednesday, April 17 from 9-9:45 a.m. in the AVL Technology Leadership Center.
•     Robert A. (Bob) Lutz, Retired Vice Chairman, General Motors Company, will provide the Opening Keynote Address on Thursday, April 18 from 9-9:45 a.m. in the AVL Technology Leadership Center.
