Parature was presented a Silver Stevie® for Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year for its multi-channel customer service software which helps mid-market to enterprise organizations across major industries such as government, education, software/tech, retail, gaming, media and more to deliver efficient and effective multi-channel customer service and an improved customer experience, even across emerging customer service channels including social media and mobile.
