The Carlyle Club Unveils New Thursday “Date Night” Series for the Washington, DC Area Supper Club and Event Venue

Live entertainment and dancing, plus a three-course menu for two make an ideal night on the town at this vibrant Alexandria, Virginia restaurant.

Now offering more music and more menu items than ever before, The Carlyle Club in Alexandria, Virginia is unveiling a brand new Thursday “Date Night” Series.

“We are so excited to bring a bit of excitement back into date night with our new music and dinner series,” says General Manager Christopher Vayo. “Washingtonians have been coming to The Carlyle Club since 2008 for a quality evening on the town, and this new series will hopefully introduce both the club and the new menu items to new visitors while delighting regulars.”

Held each Thursday evening, the seven-week series begins March 14, 2013 and includes a special live performance and a three-course pre-fixed meal for $50 per person (taxes and gratuities not included). Guests will choose an appetizer and dessert to share and individual entrees from the Alexandria, Virginia restaurant’s new menu, which includes dishes like Seared Tuna with Wasabi Aoli and Pickled Ginger, Lobster Bisque with Old Bay Seasoning, Filet Mingon with Port Wine Demi-Glace, Grilled Asparagus and Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Salmon with Sweet Corn and Red Pepper Coulis, Chef’s Vegetables and Rice Pilaf and a variety of decadent desserts and sweet treats like Bread Pudding, Berries and Cream and Key Lime Pie.

•Andrian Duke, April 18, 2013
•Anita King, April 25, 2013
•Brencore Allstars, May 9, 2013
•Jangling Reinharts, May 16, 2013

Guests will be able to enjoy dinner before or during each show, and a large dance floor will be set up for each act. Please note: Each show begins promptly at 7:30 PM, and doors open at 6:00 PM. The dress code for The Carlyle Club is business casual to cocktail attire.
