Whether it is acquiring spousal support orders for my client, or other issues involving custody or community assets and debt, I make sure I look out for my client’s best interests.

A Wallin & Klarich client recently was able to gain a spousal support in Riverside award after her former spouse unexpectedly filed for divorce leaving her with little to her name. The client was represented by Sheldon E. Lee, who assisted her to move through the Riverside dissolution process quickly, while still helping her achieve her ultimate goal.
“Whether it is acquiring spousal support orders for my client, or other issues involving custody or community assets and debt, I make sure I look out for my client’s best interests. As a practicing family law attorney, I make it a priority to provide my client with professionalism and diligently work to achieve the client’s goals in family law matters,” stated Mr. Lee.
According to court record from Riverside Superior Court the client was served with divorce papers unexpectedly by her former spouse. The client’s former spouse made a substantially higher income which both he and the client depended on during the marriage. After filing for dissolution, the client’s former husband left the client with no funds or financial assistance to help her pay for daily expenses and needs. The client sought out Mr. Lee of Wallin & Klarich to help her gain a spousal support award that would help with her living expenses and an award for attorneys fees accumulated during the divorce proceeding.
Mr. Lee prepared a motion requesting spousal support and an attorneys fees award for the client according to court record. In addition, Mr. Lee prepared a response to the Riverside divorce papers that the client’s former spouse had served on the client. During the hearing, at the Riverside Superior Court, Mr. Lee was able to prove that there was a significant disparity in income between the client and her former spouse. The evidence provided by Mr. Lee of the large difference in income between the two parties persuaded the court to make an order for spousal support. As a result of Mr. Lee’s hard work he was able to obtain a spousal support order required the client’s former spouse to assist the client financially. In addition, Mr. Lee helped the client move through the dissolution process as quickly as possible as a result of his hard work and legal knowledge.
“I make it a goal to provide the best legal representation for my clients, especially when handling the important issue of spousal support as well as other issues involving family law,” said Mr. Lee.
