Turner Construction Company announces the completion of the new 3 White Flint North office building in North Bethesda, MD.
This 362,000 SF office building, developed by LCOR in a joint venture with USAA Real Estate Company, expects to achieve LEED® Gold Certification. The building is located in close proximity to the White Flint Metro Station with a 4-level below grade parking garage to accommodate approximately 650 parking spaces. Designed by HOK Architects, the building will be an integral part of the 32-acre, 2.7 million SF North Bethesda Center project, an award-winning transit-oriented development project.
