Amherst, MA (PRWEB) March 14, 2013
Encharter Insurance, a local independent insurance agency with offices in Massachusetts and Connecticut, is offering a $2,000 video scholarship to college-bound students attending university in the Fall 2013 semester.
Entry for the scholarship requires a one- to five-minute video that safely and clearly outlines the dangers of distracted driving and it must be submitted by April 29, 2013. The eMarketing staff at Encharter created this sample video to help students understand the importance of safety during the making of their video entry and the simplicity with which the video can be created: http://bit.ly/encharter-scholarship. Once the video is created and submitted via email to the agency, all of the video entries will be subject to a voting process. The student whose video has the most votes at the end of the voting period will win the $2,000 scholarship. For official rules and guidelines and the official entry form (required with submission), visit http://more.encharter.com/distracted-driving-scholarship or call Encharter Insurance at 888-865-1244.
“To stress the fatal dangers of distracted driving to our young adults is of the greatest importance,” said Bill Dowd, President at Encharter Insurance. “We believe this scholarship can help protect them on the road and help them prepare for a brighter future with higher education. We are so pleased to be able to offer such an opportunity.”
