Keystone Pacific Property Management Welcomes New VP in Marketing Joseph Winkler to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients and keep up with the quality of service provided for over 30 years in Temecula, Orange County, San Diego and Riverside.

Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company that provides management services throughout Southern California, is excited to welcome Joseph Winkler as Vice President of Marketing.

Mr. Winkler is an accomplished and creative marketing executive with proven success in marketing projects, public relations, operations and sales with over 10 years of professional community management experience. Joseph Winkler is a member of the Community Association Institute and certified by the California Association of Community Managers.

Joseph Winkler has a Bachelor of Science, Emphasis in Physics from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York. His experience includes; leading a re-branding initiative that resulted in increased brand awareness and lead generation as well as redesigning a website and implementing social media campaigns. He has a proven track record in operations with projects that reduced costs and increased productivity. Joseph has been nominated on three occasions for the industry’s Vision Award through the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-OC).

In his new position, Joseph will build and maintain relationships with industry professionals. He will work closely with Keystone Pacific’s CEO and Vice President of Association Management to maintain client satisfaction and develop relationships with new communities.

Mr. Winkler began his work with Keystone Pacific on February 27, 2013 and will be located in the Irvine Office.
