Brand New Video and Photo System Captures the Action As It Happens

Shoot Systems, the leading photo and video marketing solution provider in the UK, has just signed a contract with Cornwall-based company, Adrenalin Quarry - owners of Europe’s longest zip wire. Using Shoot Systems’ multi-action camera system, Adrenalin Quarry will offer their customers a chance to relive their exhilarating moments time and time again through videos and photos. Visitors purchase an RFID wrist band with their ticket which they scan each time they go on a ride for which they have unlimited use.

Dave Simmons, owner of Shoot Systems says, “Adrenalin Quarry wanted an HD video system that could capture the exact moment when the ride was at its most thrilling and the subsequent glee-mixed-with-terror look on participants’ faces. The multi-video action camera can also produce still images of a high quality giving customers lots of great souvenirs of their day to keep and share with others.”

With so many people sharing their experiences on Facebook and other social media networks, it was important to Adrenalin Quarry that the system they chose could link directly to their Facebook site. The multi-video action camera system offered by Shoot Systems has full social media capabilities and is able to upload stills and video direct to both the Adrenalin Quarry’s and the customer’s Facebook page. This is great for the exposure of the brand and for potential customers wanting to find out more before they book.

Adrenalin Quarry’s Managing Director, Will Sneyd comments, “We give our customers ground-breaking, breathtaking rides and any add-on extras must reflect this. The Shoot Systems/Adrenalin Quarry video package will be an industry game-changer, redefining what’s possible and lifting the bar globally for social media integration in tourism.”

“We look for suppliers who can customise and adapt to meet our needs. Choosing Shoot Systems was a ‘no brainer’. They immediately understood what we wanted and had the ability to integrate multiple strands of technology to deliver instant gratification to our customers”.

“People want their story told online, instantly. The system will be unique in delivering effortless, content-rich, automatic branded Facebook posts to our customers own pages in real time. They will be able to see themselves online before they even leave The Quarry”.

Adrenalin Quarry also wanted a system that was fast and efficient. There are two zip wires in use and these are usually in use at a rate of one person on each zip wire every 30 seconds. The Shoot Systems camera system can have photos and video ready for the participant within moments of them reaching the bottom of the zip wire or the end of their ride on the Giant Swing. The system is then ready to output video for the next person down the zip line.

Shoot System’s high tech cameras have the ability to capture slow motion video at more than 100 frames per second, to give frame perfect slow motion and stills of the absolute best moments of the experience. All photos and videos are branded with the Adrenalin Quarry logo ensuring the brand is visible and shared at the same time as the media.

The system will be ready and operational for Easter. Adrenalin Quarry customers will be offered the option at the time of booking to also purchase a wristband as an identifier for photos and videos taken on the day. This wristband will be available at a flat rate and will give the wearer access to all videos and photos taken on the attractions they ride on.

The multi-video action camera system is highly configurable and can be used anywhere there is action such as theme parks, ski slopes and high ropes adventure parks.
