In an effort to support continued learning, Nathan S. Collier, founder and chairman of The Collier Cos. has presented 24 team members with the opportunity to receive a full scholarship for the Certified Apartment Manager course.
The Collier Cos. will fund the up-front cost of the course, and will contribute 50 percent of the cost of the tuition. After a team member has completed the course and remained with The Collier Cos. for a period of a full year after, they will be reimbursed for their full portion of tuition paid. Participating team members will be required to complete the course and pass final examinations as a requirement of the scholarship.

Certified Apartment Manager is a designation nationally recognized by the National Apartment Association Education Institute. The Collier Companies is a member of the North Central Florida Apartment Association chapter.
The designation is recommended for those professionals within the community management industry, who desire to enhance their skills and further their understanding of the field. CAM is aimed at developing high-quality professionals and leaders within the industry.
