Dialtel manages their network and does regular quality checks to make sure that far end carriers are being compliant.

Dialtel has added two new carriers for UK Voice Broadcasting on their network. The move comes as they have had increased interest in Voice Broadcasting to the United Kingdom.
Dialtel CEO, Erik Scanlan, said in a statement, “I have added two carriers that fully support DTMF on all their routes. This will ensure that customers using the service for Live Transfers will not have dropped calls.”
This is a very common problem that Voice Broadcasting customers will face when running on an unmanaged network. Many of these so called ‘cheap’ carriers run with media bypass to reduce the load on their router. This allows them to handle 5 times more traffic as opposed to when media is enabled.
Dialtel manages their network and does regular quality checks to make sure that far end carriers are being compliant. When they do find a problem, they isolate the issue in a trap, remove the carrier, and ask the carrier to verify they removed or fixed the route in question. This keeps Dialtel’s network running in tip top shape and allows their customers to experience sustainable quality.
The addition of these two new carriers will help Dialtel’s UK clients to realize the full potential of their marketing campaigns. Dialtel plans on revealing more internationally verified routes in the near future so stay tuned for more information.
