In The Event, a full service event production and design house has expanded their rental inventory with new spandex frames and wraps. These spandex structures are fully customizable and can be printed in any color. These structures are being added to an existing inventory of spandex arches, curved LED walls, spiral columns and gazebos. The new spandex frames and wraps include: serpentine walls, lipped walls, banner stand skins, podiums and an arched wall. These can be lit up using wireless LED lights and used to video map on making them useful for virtually any event. These structures are being added to an existing inventory of spandex arches, curved LED walls, spiral columns and gazebos.
The serpentine wall is available in both left and right orientations and stands at 6‘W x 8’H. The lipped wall stands at 4’W x 6’5”H and can be modified to include a flat screen ‘floating’ video monitor. The arched wall is 10’W x 8’H and perfect for stage backdrops and sales areas. The banner stands are 3‘W x 12‘H and the podium stands at 24”W x 24”D x 42”H and features an acrylic top. LED lights are integrated into curved structures and even those that do not have integrated lights can be lit, allowing these structures to be completely customizable and wireless.
All spandex pieces are easily cleaned, stored and assembled. These structures and their frames are light and easy to move, making them great for travel. Each piece can be used over and over again, making them green choices and great for recurring events. In The Event strives to protect the environment and reduce, reuse and recycle as much as possible. For customers that are looking for a green decor option, spandex structures are a great fit.
“These pieces are cost effective, reusable, easy to store and move. They are really a great option for anyone. They can be lit up, printed on or used as a video mapping piece and come in any color. We are the only design and production house in Utah to have a full spandex structure inventory for rent.” Said Robert LaSpina, Vice President of In The Event.
