On January 16th, 2013, US District Judge signed the pretrial order that the motion of Wyeth on Fen Phen primary pulmonary hypertension lawsuit is denied (Pennsylvania Eastern District Court, Case No. 2:2012cv20010). In the lawsuit, plaintiff claims she suffers from primary pulmonary hypertension as a result of ingesting Wyeth’s diet drugs known as Fenfluramine and Phentermine.
