In March 2013, the Toradex office in India was able to hand over a donation of 70,000 rupees to the Indian Red Cross Society. The money was raised partly through the sales of performance kits at the Electronics For You Expo 2013 earlier in the year. This was more than doubled with the donation of additional funds from Toradex, raising the total to the 70,000 rupees.
The Indian Red Cross is a voluntary humanitarian organization having a network of over 700 branches throughout the country, providing relief in times of disasters or emergencies and promotes health and care of vulnerable people and communities.
